  I have had to give BPS one star otherwise I could not post this review - for reasons below they do not deserve that.
  
  I ordered a 4m access tower on 29/04/18 and it has still not been delivered (06/05/18) - great next day service.
  
  Delivery was meant to be 01/05/18 but my order did not arrive. No one from either BPS or Tuffnells, (transport company), had the courtesy to contact me. I emailed BPS that evening to say the order had not arrived, I have never received a reply.
  
  Having had no response from my email I called BPS to ask why my order had not been delivered and was told that vehicle with it on board had been stolen - True - who knows!
  
  The delivery was rearranged for Saturday 05/05/18 - again it did not turn up. Again no one from BPS or Tuffnells has contacted me to explain. BPS are closed so i tried ringing their ales line. The person there just told me if it does not turn up call the office on Tuesday - great customer service.
  
  I wait to see if I will ever get my order

  Combination 3 part step ladder, 7 rung. Good price, very well made. Even the smallest ladder can give you very good height. Lots of safety features also.
  Packaging could be more protective, but I guess these are only ladders.
  Had an issue with one small part missing, this was sent out and received promptly. Comms is very good also.
  
  How robust? Time will tell, but they do seem that they will stand up to alot of work.
